Kamloops Museum and Archives
Three floors of permanent and traveling exhibits created by museum professionals make this museum one of the best historic attractions in Kamloops. Join a group for a guided tour or explore solo and see what Kamloops is all about.
View clothing, communication equipment, industrial and agricultural artifacts, fur trading information, gold rush pieces, and First Nations history. See a fabulous geology display and Kamloops’ very first automobile. There are lots of hands-on opportunities for children and families, too. Admission is by donation.

Location
The Kamloops Museum and Archives is located in downtown Kamloops at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Seymour Street in the bright gold building.
Open Year Round
Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Open late on Thursdays until 7:30 p.m.
Closed on Statutory Holidays
Admission is by recommended donation
$3.00 - adults, $1.00 - 18 and under.

Once Upon a Time....
Experience life in Medieval Europe from 1000 to 1500 AD in this new temporary exhibit on loan from The Bruce County Museum.
*NEW* Children's Museum
The Children's Museum, located on the first floor of the Kamloops Museum & Archives and includes interactive displays, such as a dress up area and puppet theatre, as well as a space station themed reading area and steamship station. There is also a water table, games to play and models to make, ensuring there is something for kids of all ages.

Rocky Mountain Rangers
This exhibit features many pictures of wartime, artifacts of what soldiers carried and old recruitment posters from past wars.
Haunted Kamloops Tours
Join us for a haunted walking tour of Kamloops that takes visitors to downtown sites reputed to be haunted! Tours are approximately 90 minutes in length and take place on October 29th ,30th & 31st.
