> Adams Lake: Adams Lake park is located on the southwestern shores of Adams Lake. 15 kilometers off paved and gravel road from Highway 1 at Squilax, east of Kamloops, 30 km north of Chase. Take the Holding/Adams Lake West Road off the Squilax-Anglemont Road. Adams is a large lake, and subject to gusts of strong wind. The park protects beaches and shoreline on Adams Lake as well as mixed forests of aspen, birch, willow, Douglas-fir and cedar.

> Johnson Lake:  known as "The Caribbean of the North" Johnson Lake is one of the clearest and most beautiful lakes in BC. The lake is over 5 kilometers long and about 200 feet at the deepest point. The Caribbean Ocean-like colour is attributed to the limestone in the area and visibility is well over 50 feet. 

> Dunn Lake: located near Cache Creek is Pavilion Lake , which is one of only a few places in the world where the beautiful and unique freshwater stromatolite can be found. Stromatolite are coral-like structures which are formed from fossilized remains of micro-organisms. This is an excellent lake for a scuba diving adventure.

> Shuswap Lakes: the Big and Little Shuswap Lakes are awesome lakes for scuba diving. Miles and miles of sandy beaches for a post-dive and the wildlife seen above water is just majestic as below. NOTE: in the summer, this lake is extremely busy, so precautions should be taken to make boaters and watercraft operators aware that there are boaters in the water.
