Kamloops Rodeo - photo by Andrew DanylukThe Kamloops Pro Rodeo is a fun, family affair. In fact, the rodeo has been nominated the best pro rodeo in Canada 7 out of the past 10 years. Visitors can see the traditional favourite events including:
| saddle bronc riding
| bareback riding
| bull riding
| tie-down roping
| steer wrestling
| ladies barrel racing
| team roping
There will be 250 to 300 contestants from Canada, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Times, tickets and location for the Kamloops Pro Rodeo
The Kamloops Pro Rodeo starts at 6:30pm each night with a dance to follow on both the Friday and Saturday nights. It is held by the Kamloops Exhibition Association at the Mt Paul Centre. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for seniors and students and children under 12 are free. For ticket information contact the Kamloops Visitor Centre at 1-800-662-1994.
