TRAVELING WITH PETS
Bring the whole family to Kamloops!Pets are welcome in Kamloops, so bring them along! We recommend you check with your accommodation provider in advance to ensure they are pet-friendly.
Please do keep in mind, however, that pets must be on a leash and under full control in public places. Dogs are not permitted near playgrounds, picnic areas, wading pools, playing fields, or on school grounds. There are special parks that do allow dogs. Additionally, please do not let your pet chase wildlife, dig holes, or wander without supervision. This may bring unwelcome confrontation and it is disrespectful for families, cyclists, skiiers, walkers/joggers, bird watchers, and those engaging in other forms of leisure.
Kamloops has kennels for pets, as well as grooming facilities should you require them.
