Kamloops International Baseball Tournament
Kamloops set to host the 40th Annual Kamloops International Baseball Tournament on July 12-15, 2012

Kamloops International Baseball Tournament
KIBT started back in 1973 when the dreams of Gary Cameron, Art Worth and Lynn Bylund to host the best semi-pro baseball tournament in Canada became a reality. Today the tournament is played at beautiful Norbrock Stadium. After a million dollar upgrade, this state of the art facility is one of the finest ballparks in Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
The teams participating in KIBT compete for prize money and the Gary Cameron Memorial Trophy. Over the years many teams have found that this tournament is not easy to win. As attractive as the prize money is, it is the level of competition as the field is narrowed to the final day that excited the players and fans.
