By submitting Photos, I hereby declare that I am the copyright owner of the image, and I authorize Tourism Kamloops and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, nominees and licensees (collectively, “the Producers”) to make use of my name, image, appearance or likeness for marketing, promotional, portfolio and other bona fide commercial and non-commercial purposes throughout the world, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, and in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter invented.

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my appearance or the uses to which such appearance, my statements and any related image or likeness may be put by the Producers. I formally waive any and all moral rights which I may otherwise have in respect of my appearance, statements and any related images or likenesses. I acknowledge and agree that the Producers will be relying on this authorization and release potentially at substantial cost to them, and I hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the authorizations I have granted hereunder.
