Who We Are
Our Street Team and Volunteer Visitor Ambassadors are out in the community, meeting people where they are—at popular spots, events, and gathering places across Kamloops. They’re passionate locals with in-depth knowledge of attractions, events, and outdoor experiences, ready to help you make the most of your time here.
How We Support Visitors
Whether you’re planning your trip or already exploring Kamloops, our team is here to help. We can answer questions, offer recommendations, provide directions, and help you discover experiences you might not find on your own.
How We Support Locals
We also work closely with local businesses and community members year-round. Our team provides insights, shares resources, and supports events to help create memorable visitor experiences. You’ll often find us popping up at local events—connecting with both visitors and residents, gathering feedback, and helping shape the future of tourism in Kamloops.
For pop-up requests, maps, trail guides, visitor guides, or other visitor servicing needs, please , Visitor Experience Specialist.
