Kamloops Christmas Market | Riverside Park, Kamloops

The Kamloops Christmas Market is back. From November 27 to December 6, 2026, the Heritage House parking lot in Riverside Park transforms into a European-style Christmas village with cozy wooden chalets, twinkling light displays, live music, holiday treats, local vendors, and special events.
Whether you're a local, a visitor, shopping for the whole family or planning a date night, this guide covers everything to know before you go: dates and tickets, vendors, food and drinks, live music, workshops and special events.
Last year's very first market welcomed more than 23,000 visitors over 10 days, and year two is bringing even more to love. More than a shopping stop, it’s a chance to support local businesses and charities, enjoy seasonal entertainment for all ages, and turn a visit into a new holiday tradition.
1. It's officially a holiday tradition

Every great tradition starts somewhere, and Kamloops showed up for this one. Inspired by Europe's best Christmas markets, it brings that same festive magic home to Kamloops. Now in its second year, the market is proudly organized by the Kamloops Sports Council in partnership with the City of Kamloops, Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc, Tourism Kamloops and the Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association (KCBIA). It's community-built and community-loved.
2. Shop dozens of local makers

Cross a few names off your list while supporting local. Discover handmade finds from Earthen Moon, The Secret Garden Studio and Loose Ends Craftworks, pick up one-of-a-kind gifts from Love and Lore Books, Far + Wide and Jardines, and treat yourself to something from Six Seasons Hiking Apparel Co. or Lauriche Soaps and Such. Even your pup is covered, thanks to Auntie Mia's Barkery. See the full vendor list, with more still to be announced.
3. Sip something local

And yes, Scoopz Ice Cream will be there too, because ice cream isn't just for summer.
