New for fall at Red Collar Brewing, the Rose Mallow Hibiscus Saison is a continuation of their floral saison series, featuring strong notes of both hibiscus and rosehip - boasting a bright pink body. This soft ale was brewed with the addition of Sacch Trois yeast creating a funky and juicy beer that's perfect for early fall sipping! Additional favourite fall seasonals include the return of the warming allspice pumpkin beer Squash Gourdon (made using produce from Thistle Farms) and the Mr. Bloggins Dark Mild, a dark British style ale with a new world twist of citrus hop aromas combined with dark roasted malt flavours.

The Fresh Prince IPA is brewed yearly during hop harvest time in September with fresh BC hops from Chilliwack. This brew is direct farm to brewery as the hops are added to the beer within a few hours of harvest. Look out for other limited edition flavours on tap like their Sour Tropic Topic (Passionfruit Guava Sour) and Bright Mandarina (Pale Ale w/ Mandarina Bavaria).
