Visitors can now search hotel listings and book directly with hotels through as a result of Check In Canada's partnership with Destination BC.

What Your Listing Will Look Like 

Effective immediately, accommodation providers using the Hello BC listings program can now choose from a Basic Listing or the new Enhanced Listing. The Enhanced Listing option facilitates comparison shopping, offering consumers the ability to choose and then book their accommodation directly with their chosen supplier. New technology allows the consumer to interface directly with the accommodation supplier's own booking engine. Therefore, there is no additional inventory management required!

Current accommodation listings on have already been loaded into the Check In Canada system. Accommodation suppliers with compatible booking engines have been provided with the opportunity to "test-drive" the Enhanced Listing format until January 22, 2016—at no additional charge.

One of the benefits of participating in the Check In Canada program through Destination British Columbia (DBC) is receiving quarterly reports with a summary of referrals to your online reservation system. Referral information will be sent to you quarterly with an invoice for any referrals in that quarter.
