Last month, Tourism Sun Peaks challenged the Kamloops Krew to head up to Sun Peaks Resort and try out their Mountain Cross Carts. Of course, we accepted the challenge and decided to make a day out of it. In part 1 of our daytrip, we stopped at Heffley Lake to do stand up paddling with Bodie at Paddle Surfit. Heffley Lake is beautiful, warm and makes for a fantastic location to glide across the water. The Mega-SUP board was a blast. Great for families, you can fit two adults and two children (or 4 adults) and take it out. It's definitely a cool experience and we challenge YOU to try it out!
