  • 2023 Dynamic Discs Tournament Capital Open: Disc Golf lovers or those curious about this fun all-ages activity are invited to McArthur Island Disc Golf Course to cheer on the participants from May 5, 2023, to May 7, 2023.

  • Hydra Performing Arts Festival: Chimera Theatre Society is excited to announce The Hydra Performing Arts Festival is returning in 2023. The Festival will run from April 27 to May 13, 2023 at The Effie Arts Collective.

  • Roller Disco: An evening to feel the beat and skate to music. The Tournament City Derby Diversified skaters are excited to host their first Roller Disco at the McArthur Island Sports & Event Centre on May 13 from 7pm to 9pm.

  • BC Lions Training Camp & Fanfest: BC Lions Fan Fest, presented by BCLC, takes place at Hillside Stadium in Kamloops on Saturday, May 20th. This annual event is a fan favourite, and offers the opportunity to meet with players, watch a live practice, and enjoy good food & beverages. Training camp runs Sunday, May 14 to Saturday, May 20.

  • KYSA Slurpee Cup: The 2023 KYSA Slurpee Cup, presented by Kamloops Youth Soccer Association is happening May 20th to May 22nd. All teams will play 4 games over the three days at McArthur Island.

  • Memorial Cup: Get ready to throw on your jersey and cheer on your favourite team because the 2023 Memorial Cup is coming to Kamloops.This highly anticipated hockey tournament will take over the Sandman Centre and a series of Memorial Cup related satellite events will take place throughout the 10-day tournament May 25th to June 4th.

  • Canadian Enduro League 2023 The biking community in Kamloops has never been stronger. Kamloops is the birthplace of freeriding which makes it the perfect place to host the Canadian Enduro League event May 27th to 28th at Harper Mountain
