The Effie Arts Collective is excited to announce musical act “Stubbs And The…”
performing at the Effie on June 9th.
Stubbs and The are ever-enigmatic. The evolving nature of their name reflects the
organic spontaneity of their sound. Rooted in Rossland, BC, this 5-piece first bloomed
playing crowd-pleasing covers before transforming into their independent, theatrical ori.
From head banging to their Italian metal song Cannibali, or ballroom dancing to Barb's
Waltz from their 10 part Odyssey of Barbara T., the crowds can't help but join their
wacky, whimsical, wingdings.
With a Special Guest to be announced!
The Effie Arts Collective is a revived live performance arts venue on the North Shore
that offers an intimate setting with great sound to capture a memorable live experience.
This event is licensed for all-ages and has a menu supplied by Hatsuki Sushi to
complete the evening. Note that sushi orders must be completed by 8:30pm.
