Kamloops Legacy Performance Games
April 20-22, 2018
The Legacy Performance Games were created from legacy funds generated by the hosting of the Kamloops 2011 Western Canada Summer Games in August, 2011. The Kamloops Sports Council was contracted to plan, organize, create and deliver the Legacy Performance Games.
RIVER BEAVER CLASSIC at the Kamloops Bike Ranch

The River Beaver is host to 4 main events BC Enduro Series Funduro, Demo Event, The Dual Slalom, Pump Track Races and one heck of a party! Hosted by the Bicycle Cafe it's a community fundraiser for the Bike Ranch and 100% of the event fees and beer garden goes straight into the park.
Boogie the Bridge

Large scale community-centered event offers 5km, 10km or 21km options for runners and walkers—there’s even a kid-friendly Mini Boogie. The not-for-profit organization behind Boogie recently celebrated it’s 20th year, and raises funds for two different local charities each year.

The KYSA Slurpee Cup is a annual 3-day event at McArthur Island Park on May Long Weekend . Teams are broken into groups of U11-U14.

The course will be a 5-7km route located within a 30 minute drive from Kamloops. You can run solo or on a team. You need to be completed the 5-7km course under an hour to start the next loop at the next hour.

The GET HAPPY Run Series makes running fun. Each year, more runners, walkers, and strollers participate in GET HAPPY running events. We are proud to be the home of the Sport Chek Kamloops Marathon, a qualifier for the Boston Marathon. The Sport Chek Kamloops Marathon was started as a partnership between the City of Kamloops and Thompson Rivers University in 2012 and is now attracting high level quality runners from across Canada as well as a growing number of international racers.
