Presented by the Kamloops Ridge Runners. This is a 15km challenging race route with fast flats and rolling hills all set amongst the beautiful scenic rural community of Barnhartvale. As part of the Interior Road Running series, participants are eligible for age category medals. There is also a shorter 3km Fun Run along the first part of the course for those 15 and under. Registration includes a pancake breakfast hosted by the Kamloops Paddlewheelers Lions Club and free ice cream and chocolate milk from the event sponsor Blackwell Dairy!
