FOUNDATIONS: A Family Gathering

Built around four key themes—Nourish, Connect, Rhythm, and Protect—FOUNDATIONS brings together local health care professionals, educators, farmers, and community leaders to share practical, evidence-informed perspectives on helping families thrive.

Throughout the day, adults can take part in inspiring talks, interactive Discovery Stations, and conversations with local experts, while children enjoy an immersive outdoor program filled with nature, movement, play, and age-appropriate learning. Families can also explore a community marketplace featuring local farmers, artisans, wellness practitioners, and small businesses.

Tickets include full-day admission and lunch, with children two and under attending free. Attendance is intentionally limited to create an intimate experience where families can connect, ask questions, and learn together.
