Hosted by the Kamloops Ridge Runners, the Spring Run Off is celebrating its 41st Anniversary. Now named in remembrance, the Bob Trudeau Memorial (BTM) Spring Run Off is happening Sunday, March 8th. As with all Ridge Runners events, this is more than just a race, it’s a celebration of strength, community, and the thrill of crossing that finish line.
