Hosted by the Kamloops Ridge Runners, the Spring Run Off is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. Now named in remembrance, the Bob Trudeau Memorial (BTM) Spring Run Off is happening Sunday, March 9th. As with all Ridge Runners events, this is more than just a race, it’s a celebration of strength, community, and the thrill of crossing that finish line.

- Medals for the Top 3 in each age group
