Mad Max double feature - The Kamloops Film Society

Head to the Paramount Theatre for a post-apocalyptic double feature of Mad Max and Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, presented by KamCon as part of the Road Warriors, Zombies, & the Post-Apocalypse series.

Start the night with the 1979 cult classic Mad Max, starring Mel Gibson as Max Rockatansky, a police officer navigating a near-future Australia descending into chaos. Then, continue the journey with 1981’s Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, as Max takes on a ruthless band of warriors in a battle for survival and precious fuel in the Australian Outback.

The KamCon crew will also be on site with details about the upcoming convention, taking place September 25–27.

Mad Max screens at 6:30 pm, followed by Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior at 8:30 pm.
