Come together for a meaningful cause at the 4th Annual Nicholas’ Run for Youth Mental Health, a family-friendly 5 km run, walk, or stroll dedicated to raising awareness and supporting youth mental health in Kamloops.
Created in memory of Nicholas Zhou, who lost his life at just 19 after struggling with depression, this annual event brings the community together through connection, compassion, and a shared commitment to supporting young people.
Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, including children and four-legged friends. Along the route, attendees can also connect with local mental health organizations and learn more about resources available in the community.
All funds raised support the Nicholas Zhou Legacy Fund, held at the BC Interior Community Foundation, helping create a lasting impact on youth mental health in Kamloops.
