Delta Hotels Kamloops is teaming up with the B.C. Cancer Foundation on this worthy fundraising event for BC Cancer Foundation, Kamloops.

Attendees will be entertained and enthralled by the amazing canapé and finger food creations displayed by Kamloops-locals Mitch Shafer, the Executive Chef and Rory Cameron, Sous Chef. Paired with some of the best local wines from Fort Berens Estate Winery, Monte Creek, Privato Vineyard & Winery and Kamloops’ own spirit-free Mocktail Mixery.

Sip and savour while watching how these canape creations are made, so that you can make them over the holiday for your guests (there will be recipe and wine pairing card takeaways for your personal use).

This event will take place at the Delta Hotel in the Rivers Ballroom.
