Project Perfect Pairings: A Wine & Culinary Experience

Perfect Pairings is back for its second year, and it’s an evening of good food, local drinks and giving back. Cordo Resto + Bar hosts the event in support of the BC Cancer Foundation in Kamloops, and every ticket helps fund cancer care close to home.

Chef Rory Cameron will serve a creative lineup of canapés and finger foods. Each bite is paired with a drink from a local producer: Monte Creek Winery, Celista Estate Winery, Lass Chance Beverage Co. or Mocktail Mixery, so there are options whether you’re drinking or not.

This is more than a tasting. Chef Rory will show how each appetizer is made, which makes it a great source of ideas if you’re hosting this holiday season. Guests take home recipe cards and pairing guides so they can recreate their favourites with family and friends.

Between bites, mingle and browse a silent auction of items donated by local businesses and community partners. It’s a fun night out that also makes a real difference in Kamloops.
