The Pairing Table is an exclusive evening for just 35 guests, designed for those who love great food, great wine, and the stories behind both.

Chef Ryan Kharboutli has crafted a custom Mediterranean menu built around locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a wine selected by Joanne DiGeso, a DipWSET-certified sommelier, who will guide guests through every pairing with commentary that makes each sip and bite mean a little more.
