The Science of Beer

Join the Big Little Science Centre at Red Collar Brewing on April 30 from 7–9 PM for an evening of beer and brewing.

Your $25 ticket includes a guided tasting flight, a talk about the beers and brewing process, and a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery.

Additional drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the bar.
