Who We Are

The BOLD Street Team works remotely at popular locations across Kamloops to make the most of your time in Kamloops. Our team is made up of tourism ambassadors with a passion for local attractions, outdoor adventures, and more.

Keep an eye out for the Tourism Kamloops vehicle & pop-up tourism tent at local hotspots. Our team is available Tuesday-Saturday for visitor information.

Saturday: 8:00am-4:00pm

The BOLD Street Team pops up in the Kamloops area Wednesday-Saturday from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.

Fall & Winter

Monday-Saturday: 8:30am-4:30pm online only

COVID-19 Protocols

The BOLD Street Team has implemented enhanced health protocols to protect the health of the places & people we encounter in Kamloops.

During your encounters with the BOLD Street Team, please respect physical distancing guidelines and limit your touchpoints. Hand sanitizer will be available for everyone to use at our pop-up locations.

Visitor Centre Closed

The Kamloops Visitor Centre permanently closed in June 2020. All outdoor facilities – such as EV chargers, sani-dump station, dog run, and picnic benches – are still available for use.

For public washrooms & immediate tourist information, please visit the Aberdeen Mall across the street during its hours of operation.
