Cliffside Indoor Rock Climbing

Scale the walls at Cliffside Climbing Gym, one of BC’s first climbing gyms. Challenge yourself for hours with the various climbing levels or test your skills on the bouldering wall.

Downtown YMCA-YWCA

Enjoy the rope swing, diving boards, water toys, and mats in the pool during Public Swim hours. On Fridays from 4-6pm, enjoy Friday Funday with games, the Ice Tower or the Running Mat in the pool.

Falcon Lanes Bowling

Play a game of 5 or 10 pin bowling. Wear white or glow in the dark clothes for cosmic bowling on Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday afternoons.

Canada Games Aquatic Centre

Located in the Tournament Capital Centre, kids can enjoy the 210ft water slide, pelican slide, and whirlpool. There are also 1m, 3m, and 5m diving boards, hot tubs, a sauna, and lap pool.

Kamloops Blazers

Cheer on the local WHL hockey team, Kamloops Blazers, throughout the winter season at the Sandman Centre. Check their schedule for more information.

Kamloops Museum & Archives

Learn about Kamloops history at the Kamloops Museum and Archives in downtown Kamloops. Admission is by donation.

Apex Adventure Plex Kamloops

Next door you'll find the Thompson Nicola Regional District Library which is a great spot to enjoy some quiet and get out of the elements.
