The BIG Little Science Centre operates out of Happyvale Elementary School. It is dedicated to developing a passion for science in our community. Started in February 2000 by Gordon R. Gore, this retired science teacher has dedicated his life to teaching science in an interactive environment. With over 140 hands-on stations, visitors can experiment on their own or see demonstrations.
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 10am-4pm (Closed Sundays and Holidays)
Special Shows / Activities:
Saturdays at 11am and 1:30pm
Drop-in Fees:
Family rate: $15
Adults: $6
Children 6-15: $3
Children 5 and under: FREE
Children under 15 must be with an adult.
