Grandview Acres is located in the picturesque Knutsford area, just a few minutes south of the city of Kamloops. The Knutsford area has deep roots in the cattle ranching industry dating back to the early 1850's, and today is one of the few remaining areas where multi-generational families continue to operate their ranches as their primary livelihood.  "Grandview Lodge," located on the acreage, is a one story building with a history all of its own as a ski lodge for one of the earliest ski resorts in the Kamloops area, and has been used as an event facility for the past 21 years.
