Wherever possible we use local and organic ingredients. Continuously searching out regional suppliers we work to expand our use of local ingredients. For decades Erwin’s has been known as making the best sandwiches in Kamloops. Using our freshly baked breads we make our sandwiches with the best meats and ingredients available; creating a wide selection with customary and surprising ingredient combinations. Sandwiches are just the tip of our deli selection. Erwin’s offers a wide range of items through our Deli, including soups, pizza, the best sausage rolls in town along with other hot items, salads, and our line of Take Home meals. All are prepared on site using recipes gathered from our “family” over the years.
