Red Collar Brewing is a 15hl production brewery, with an adjoining tasting room. We sell pints and jugs for in house consumption as well as bombers, growlers, squealers, and kegs to go. We have a small food menu which includes some hot items from 3-9pm (such as pizza and nachos) as well as daily paninis and soup. All of our food is made in house and is locally sourced! Minors are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
