As a Kamloops resident, you are the heart of our community and the foundation on which our city thrives. It is crucial that we understand your thoughts and feelings in welcoming visitors back to our city.

In March 2020, the tourism industry came to an abrupt halt due to COVID-19 imposed travel restrictions. Slowly, taking the lead from our provincial health officer and health minister, we are interested in understanding how tourism plays a part in the thoughtful and cautious re-opening of our local businesses and economy.
