Pumpkin Patches & Corn Mazes
Celebrate fall at the Privato Pumpkin Patch, where the winery’s outdoor spaces transform into a festive autumn wonderland. Wander through a sea of pumpkins, explore the colourful gardens, snap some seasonal photos, and get creative at the pumpkin carving station. Pets are welcome, making it a fun fall outing for the whole family.

Dress up your furry friend and join the Halloween Dog Costume Parade in downtown Kamloops! Show off your pup’s best costume, enjoy dog-friendly trick-or-treating at local businesses, and compete for fun costume prizes.

Give your jack-o'-lanterns one last hurrah at the Pumpkin Smash at McArthur Island! Bring your pumpkins for a fun-filled afternoon of smashing, tossing, and stomping, plus face painting, games, food trucks, and exciting pumpkin drops. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes one more time! All pumpkins will be composted after the event.

Spooky Adventures
Dress up, light up, and get moving at Glow Crazy, a family-friendly Halloween 5K at McArthur Island Park. Walk or run a glowing course filled with spooky surprises, trick-or-treat aid stations, Halloween music, a costume contest, and plenty of glow-in-the-dark fun, all in support of the Miles for Smiles Cancer Foundation.

Get into the Halloween spirit with a spooky adventure on the South Thompson River! Join Okanagan Affordable Rentals on October 31 for a unique Halloween experience combining paddling, treats, and roller skating at Riverside Park.
Dress as your favourite witch, warlock, or Halloween character and enjoy a guided paddle from Pioneer Park to Riverside Park, followed by hot chocolate, popcorn, and up to two hours of roller skating. Prefer to explore on your own? Bring your own equipment and join the Halloween fun with a self-guided adventure!

Celebrate Halloween aboard The Spirit Express at Kamloops Heritage Railway with music from DJ Angie, food, drinks, costumes, pumpkin contests, and spooky Heritage Haunts. This Halloween celebration takes place in the railway compound at Pioneer Park, with proceeds supporting the maintenance of #2141 and its return to the rails. Note: Event is in the Kamloops Heritage Railway compound at Pioneer Park and is not a tour on the rails.
