Kamloops Heritage Railway

Secwepemc Museum + Heritage Park

The Secwépemc Museum and Heritage Park is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the preservation and revitalization of culture and language. The museum showcases the culture and heritage of the 17 bands within Secwépemculecw (Secwépemc land). Learn the legends and history of the Secwepemc People. Tour through 2,000 year old pit houses and see very cool artifacts.
BC Wildlife Park

Over 65 species of wildlife spread over 50 hectares. Every member of the family will enjoy seeing cougars, moose, birds of prey, snakes, grizzly bears, mountain goats, and timber wolves. Wildlights happens each December where the park is lit up with thousands of miniature lights!
Sun Peaks Bike Park

The trail at Sun Peaks is nothing short of legendary. With a lift-access Bike Park, offering exciting options for riders of all ages, ability levels, and terrain preferences, there is a full spectrum of camps, clinics, and guided tours to help you make the most of your time on the mountain!
Stake Lake Ski Trails

Just a short 20-minute drive outside of Kamloops, and home to the Overlander Ski Club, Stake Lake Nordic Centre boasts over 60km of quality, scenic cross-country ski trails. These well-maintained, groomed trails are suitable for all levels and ages. A terrain park and snowshoe trails are also available here.
Western Canada Theatre

Western Canada Theatre has developed into one of the largest producing theatres in British Columbia. Western Canada Theatre now produces a professional five-play mainstage season, a two-play second stage series, and hosts one to two alternative pieces during the season.
